The machine, the water and what is actually known about it
Three videos: how the unit is built, what electrolysis actually changes about water and one doctor talking through what he found. Where the evidence is solid we say so. Where it is thin we say that too.
The machine
Built by hand in Japan
The unit is assembled by hand in Japan and carries a medical device classification in that market. That is a statement about how Japan regulates the product, not a claim that it treats or cures anything. Worth knowing, worth not overreading. This video walks through how it is made and what is inside it.

The water
What electrolysis actually changes
Passing water across charged plates shifts its pH and dissolves hydrogen gas into it. That part is ordinary chemistry and nobody disputes it. What molecular hydrogen then does once you drink it is a different question. There is a real and growing body of research, mostly small studies and mostly early, and no settled answer yet.
So treat the strong version of the claim carefully. Anyone telling you this reduces inflammation, detoxifies you or fixes a condition is going considerably further than the evidence currently supports.

A doctor's view
One physician on water, hydration and cells
Dr Michael talks through what changed his thinking about water after years in medicine. He covers the difference between chemically altered water and electrically changed water, how water moves around the body at cell level, what has been published on electrolysed reduced water and the everyday uses he settled on, including food preparation and cleaning.
This is one clinician's account and his reading of the literature. It is not medical consensus and he would not claim it was. Hearing a considered view is useful. Checking it is still your job, and a consultant worth talking to will welcome the questions rather than deflect them.

Around the house
What people actually use it for
Drinking water is only part of it. The unit produces water at several settings and most of the day to day use has nothing to do with health claims at all: rinsing produce, cleaning surfaces, cooking. These are the ordinary uses people report.
Where to take this next
The button goes to the next step. Before you press it, the more useful move is usually a conversation. Your Medistic Health consultant can tell you which parts of this are well supported, which parts are still open and whether any of it is relevant to you. If you would rather ask a question first, their details are just below.
